So today I am one day away from being half way through this 30-day exercise. Part of my aim with this was to try to get myself into the regular habit of focusing for a short period every day on the book.
I’ll be honest, I’m starting to find it hard. But 14 days of this is roughly 7,000 words. That’s a tenth of a book, more or less.
So what to do next, now that I’ve got this far and have restructured what I’m going to write?
The next step- arrange the next swathe of interviews. I’ve got my six topics so I’d better get contacting people. The aim is the people per topic area. And I also need to give my editor friend a call to arrange a chat with her.
Tomorrow’s blog might well be a short progress update.
