This week I have learned:
- you can undoubtedly get to know more about people when you are in their physical presence.
- that my newfound (hand) writing practices are useful, but I mustn’t get too caught up in the idea that they are task-based.
- being able to take the seed of an idea and quickly turn it into something relatively concrete is a source of great joy to me.
- putting things into a picture frame turns them into art. I wonder how this might be applied metaphorically as well as physically?
- it’s always the hope that gets you.
- I have a very strange recurring dream in which I munch away through plastic items. I have no idea what it means.

Read
- Continuing Margaret Heffernan’s Embracing Uncertainty.
Listened
- too much news.
