We do need to take a break every so often. This week we took youngest son for a few days in Barcelona.

It’s a wonderful city to mooch around. We saw the Nou Camp, a stadium that makes my beloved Vicarage Road look like a training ground.

We went inside the Sagrada Familia. The last time I visited it was still a building site within – it’s now completed (but with much to do still on the outside). The colours in Gaudi’s stone forest were spellbinding.

We walked and walked and walked. We ate wonderful food.

We are very lucky that we can do things like this.

Next week: Inception
