Last week I had the pleasure of working with a group of senior HR professionals at The People Space’s London event to create the HR edition of the CxO Priorities.
If you’re not familiar with the CxO Priorities project, they are sets of playing cards that encapsulate things that might be on the mind of senior business people. They can be used to help facilitate discussions through play with individuals and teams. Read more about the cards here.
From the workshop in Portland Place last week we now have around 80 priorities that might be on the mind of an HR leader. The set needs to be whittled down to 50. It’s important to note that the 50 don’t make up a coherent total – there are some that are contradictory, and they should represent a cross-section of things that might be on the mind of a CHRO.
