As previously announced last year, with a bunch of fellow free-range freelance professionals, we are coming together to form a community to help each other, share experiences, and generally see how we might make each others’ professional lives a bit more enjoyable and effective.
There is already a LinkedIn group up and running and on Thursday February 4th we’ll be having our first face-to-face gathering at 6.30pm at The Blue Lion pub on London’s Gray’s Inn Road.
The community is now around 40 strong, and although focused in the UK, has members further flung across the globe. There are people who come from Technology, People and Marketing & Communications backgrounds, all of whom work with clients on a freelance basis (and don’t feel that you have to be in one of those sectors if you are interested in coming along!).
