Things I have learned this week:
– never plan for a long train journey on a Monday… over-running engineering works will do for you
– if you think that your job is insecure, try being a football manager
– opportunities seem to arrive in threes (like buses, but with less chance of smelling of wee)
– meeting people in the flesh after many Twitter conversations is just a natural flow
– linking people with other people is very rewarding
– the Internet is where all of my best ideas start these days
– …apart from the ones that wake me up in the middle of the night
Next week: flat out (but hopefully not broke)
