This week I have learned:
- the value of shared experiences, even if separated by place and time.
- that a period of calm can be interrupted with a tsunami of activity. Thursday was calm right up until about 4pm.
- when I get an invite to look at a new piece of software it’s now often totally viable to knock up the bits that seem useful into a custom app. That approach led me to build the card deck features that Miro doesn’t have into a new little personal moodboard in about 20 minutes.
- I’ve completed the build of the miniature devices for random facilitation. It’s been a blast (coverage to come soon).
The week in media:
Saw
- The Traitors. Slow Dogs. That’s my weekly viewing at the moment.
Read
- Completed Matt Haig’s The Midnight Train. A charming book.
Listened
- One Song exploring Depeche Mode’s Just Can’t Get Enough.
Next week:
- The last-ever WB-40 recording. The tears are real.
