This week I have learned:
- that starting with a new client is a relief after a long period of thinking about how we might start working with a new client. Prep is important, but it’s easy to over-extrapolate.
- I’ve had a week of pretty much not thinking about next week’s presentation. It’s embedded in the head now.
- Meeting new people is a delight. Especially when you have something to bond over – in this case, in not particular order, bad social science, podcasting and cardmaking.
- Went to see Public Service Broadcasting on Tuesday. A lovely evening, but slightly disappointing – very much an albums band.
- Never seen so many 6Music listeners in the same room at the same time, mind.
- 12-sided dice are fascinating.
Next week: Manchester!
