This week I have learned:
- it’s so much easier to get something out of one’s head when you’ve made a commitment to others (thanks Nicole for prompting the Comb-shaped article)
- there’s a difference between a machine surveillance and human surveillance. I’m way more worried about how people seem to be spying on people (like with helmet-mounted GoPros) than I am about big bad corp using machines to bung advertising my way. Mostly because the quality of the advertising proves to me that they don’t know what to do with the data.
- I understand that other people get way more worried about it – and I’ll not change their minds.
- The research continues on #sharingorg
Next week: the full implications of booking a skiing holiday will start to become clear…
