Things I have learned this week:

  • it appears that Salesforce are living the dream of Utility Computing by having customer service as bad as that of the average telco or energy company
  • some people continue to seem surprised that I can make real-world connections with people through all of this social networking malarky
  • change without a burning platform is a bit of a challenge
  • I never fail to underestimate the amount of work that exists between a client saying “Yes” and an engagement actually beginning

Next week: randomness abounds. Oh, and a leaving drink. How nice.
