Achievements mostly spent with global colleagues in Madrid this week included:
– refining a model where audiences sit at the heart of all my team do (all as in everything they do and every one of them)
– making connections with a number of peers from across the globe…
– … and some of the people who run the show in Redmond (or at least think they do ;o))
– understanding the key priorities that the team will have for the rest of the year…
– … and starting to think about how we’ll address them
Next week: back to back until a two-day offsite; oh, how I long for a week in the office.
