Achievements this week included:
– mapping out the next 12 months in Gantt chart stylee – most helpful
– getting the team to make a statement about the evangelism role now and into the future
– three days of management training reminding me of how important it is to take stock properly…
– …(and if I may be so bold, how I was quite good at running that kind of thing…)
– noting a need for someone to co-ordinate communications within the broader team (HR job boards are not the place to find out about organisation change)
– being inspired by a chap from Nokia. The next few months are going to be dramatic!
Next week: Three days in Madrid (work) and three in Prague (leisure)
