Achievements this week included:
– participation in a number of the 2012 “Big Bet” strategic planning sessions
– further catch ups with people across the team
– the first evangelist team get together
– getting started on the performance review process
– attending the UK Manager offsite (Reading Football Stadium isn't like football stadia I know…)
Next week: my first public speaking as a Microsoft employee.
