Project achievements this week included:
– A great meeting with Adobe and some of our creative people to start the planning for CS5.5
– The delivery and deployment of the first Canon printer as part of the managed print service pilot
– Talks began on governance around Google Docs
– Pulled together user stories and wireframes for the Yellow Card replacement
– Broke the news to my team, and the business at large
– Produced the first draft of the Job Spec for my successor
– Contacted all our key suppliers to let then know about my move
And also:
– Presented the Imagination Google story for what will probably be the final times, first at UCExpo…
– …and then to a group of post-grads at the University of Surrey
– caught up with my friends Emma and Hannah at The Cloud Circle
– talked to lots of people about why I'm moving on
