Project achievements this week included:
– final supplier presentations on the print project
– met potential content management supplier
– BCP planning began
– further scoping for the telephony project
– off site data mirror investigations began
– wifi for London offices scope and costs
And also:
– survived an eight-hour internet outage
– recorded a couple of podcasts with Pontus at Cloudreach
– had my appraisal
– and ran coaching sessions with the whole team which has led to our new goal… getting one person to do one thing differently every week
