This week I have learned:
- a great deal about the way in which the Disability Discrimination Act classifies concepts of disability.
- that in certain circumstances it’s possible to file dental work as legitimate business expenses.
- how much fun it can be to send small tokens of appreciation.
- how nice it is to catch up with people who I haven’t seen in years.
- that this “back to the office” thing is going to run and run.
- that the way in which one staffs a technology function and thinks about it strategically is part and parcel of providing a technology function, yet the skill sets to do the former don’t necessarily get valued in the world of tech (it’s “just” HR, innit?)
