Achievements this week included:
– getting both the boys back to health after da pox
– a big data catch up with Rob at Cambridge
– great conversation with Anne-Marie in France
– the design of a Digital Customer Engagement Plan (more to follow)
– another bit of blogging for CIO
– and a few more doors opened
