Well, that’s been quite a year.

At the beginning of 2019 I was continuing my adventures with Stamp. As the year draws to a close, I’m starting to understand the course of my adventures with RHP.

The transition from free-range consultant back into full-time employee has been a welcome one. I’ve made some great relationships with many of my clients in the last six years, but building up sustained relationships with colleagues where we have a long-term common interest is something I’ve really missed.

Looking back I’ve learned loads, this year and every one since I fell out of the Microsoft machine in 2013. Focusing on a new sector, getting really under the skin of how we can provide better homes to people in the area of London where I’ve lived for the past 15 years, is even more exciting.

The year ahead will be when we start to put ideas into action. I’m looking forward to it.

Between now and then, though… Have a lovely Christmas, and a very Happy New Year. Normal service will be resumed in 2020. I hope your appropriately-named corporate strategic vision comes true.
